The Executive Committee of the Eastern Golf Course Managers Association held discussions with Mr. Tim Knight, President of the Pattaya Sports Club, regarding the promotion of golf and tourism in the Eastern region. The aim is to provide the more than 6,000 members with the opportunity to play at special rates across all 19 member courses, simply by presenting either their international or resident membership cards directly.
The discussions also included plans to visit partner golf courses in other regions such as Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Hua Hin, and Khon Kaen.
Both associations reaffirmed their commitment to promoting social opportunities, such as organizing tournaments for caddies (Caddy Championship), youth players, amateurs, and professional golf competitions within the Eastern region.
The associations further confirmed that foreign members residing in Pattaya and Chonburi will receive services at member courses in accordance with international standards, ensuring equal rights and strictly adhering to the agreed regulations.
